Right and obligstions of members

1. By signig the application for membership, every person who meets the requirements for membership becomes a member of LMS, with all the rights and obigations arising from it
2. Membership in the network expires if the member does not have a Limes turnover of at least 50 Bp within one year from the date of signing the application for membership
3. A member whose membership has expired has the right to renew it in the same way as for persons who become members of the LMS for the first time
4. The member is obiged to make a presentation from the LMS program excusively to end customers according to the work rules and the price list presribed by Limes
5. The associate will carry out promotions from the LMS program in accordance with the Work Regulations.
6. The member is obliged not to represent on the market other legal or natural entities who are related or competitive to the LMS program during the validity of the membership request
7. The member is obliged to follow the changes and additions to the work rules, price list and placement conditions
8. By registering, the member confirm that he/she is familiar with the rules of the Limes company, accepts them and confirm that he voluntarily accesses the LMS system of the Limes company.

Right and obligations of LMS and LIMES

1. LMS undertakes to inform the member about the program, work rules, method and conditions of placement of LIMES products and programs
2. LMS undertakes to give the member, upon entering a higher position, the stipulated regular award.
3. LIMES and LMS undertake to control and maintain the quality of products from the LIMES system program.
4. LMS has the right to terminate the business relationship established by this application for membership in case of violation of the obligations of associates from this application and work rules.
5. All disputes arising from this request for membership will be resolved by the competent court at the place of LIMES headquarters.
