General Terms of Sale
Return and Complaint Policy Upon receiving the package, please check it in the presence of the courier. If there are any visible damages (torn or dented parts), the package should not be accepted. In such cases, please send us an email with your information (name, surname, phone number) and specify the reason for refusing the package. We will inform you about the next steps as soon as possible. If you accept the package and later discover that the delivered item does not match your order or that the invoice details are incorrect, please notify us immediately upon receipt. The complaint must be submitted within 24 hours of package delivery. In the same process, the buyer will return the item to the sender’s address using a courier service. If any non-conformities appear on the purchased product, as defined by the Consumer Protection Law, please notify us via email. The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the package and return the products to the company in their original packaging, unused, along with a withdrawal form (available on the official website or written in free form). If the deadline and stated procedure are not followed, the company reserves the right not to refund the payment received from the customer. The buyer will return the item to the sender’s address using a courier service. If the customer incorrectly enters the product code or name during ordering, the return and replacement shipping costs are borne by the customer. Shipping Costs: • Serbia – 350.00 RSD shipping fee, free shipping for orders over 4,000.00 RSD • Bosnia and Herzegovina – 11.00 KM shipping fee, free shipping for orders over 80.00 KM • North Macedonia – 200.00 MKD shipping fee, free shipping for orders over 1,800.00 MKD • Croatia – 5.00 EUR shipping fee, free shipping for orders over 47.00 EUR • Montenegro – 3.50 EUR shipping fee, free shipping for orders over 35.00 EUR Unregistered customers are always charged shipping, regardless of the order amount.

How to Purchase
Selecting a Warehouse Location By clicking on the Store link, you will open a page where you can select the warehouse (discount center) from which your order will be shipped. Once selected, you will see a product overview, along with information about the chosen warehouse. Selecting Items On the displayed page, you will find a list of items. By clicking on the item code, a field for entering the quantity will open. Enter the quantity and click Add to place the selected item into your cart. To add more items, repeat the same process with the next desired product. Shopping Cart Content You can view the contents of your cart at any time. You can continue adding items until your selection is complete. Inside the cart, you can change the quantity of ordered items or remove an item entirely. To continue shopping, simply click Continue Shopping and repeat the process of selecting and adding items to the cart. Shipping costs are added automatically if the total order amount is below the free shipping threshold. Finalizing the Order To complete your order, click on Submit Order (Snimi račun). After this action, a message will confirm that your order has been successfully placed. You will receive an email from the warehouse you selected as the sender either during the working day or by the next business day at the latest. This email will include your invoice number and an overview of your ordered items. To cancel your order, click the Cancel button. Payment is cash on delivery – paid in cash upon receipt. Returns
If any product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days via courier. The product will be replaced or your money refunded – according to your preference.
